How many parcels can you consolidate into one shipment?

There is no strict limit. We consolidate as many Vinted orders as needed into one shipment, respecting courier weight and size limits (typically up to 30 kg per box). If needed, we can split everything into multiple parcels to keep shipping costs optimal.

How long can you store my Vinted items for free?

We provide 30 days of free storage starting from the arrival of your first item. This allows you to shop at your own pace and consolidate multiple purchases before shipping.

Can you buy items on Vinted on my behalf?

Yes. If you have issues with payment, account restrictions, or negotiations, we can handle the purchase for you. Simply send us the item links and confirm your size, color, and price acceptance.

What happens when some Vinted items are no longer available?

This can happen if a seller cancels or the item sells elsewhere. In such cases, we inform you immediately and refund the unused funds or include them in your final balance summary.

Do you check items when they arrive from Vinted sellers?

Yes. We perform a visual inspection upon arrival to confirm the item matches the listing and is not visibly damaged. If something looks wrong, we notify you before shipping.

Can I send items to parcel lockers (InPost, Orlen) or only to your address?

You can send items either to parcel lockers (InPost, Orlen Paczka, etc.) or directly to our warehouse address, depending on the option you choose during checkout on Vinted.

Do you handle international shipping outside the EU?

Yes. We regularly ship Vinted orders to the UK, USA, Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries, including customs documentation when required.

What if one of my parcels arrives much later than the others?

No problem. We wait for all your items to arrive (within the free storage period) and only ship once everything is collected, unless you request partial shipping earlier.

Can I receive photos or videos of my items before shipping?

Absolutely. Upon request, we can send photos or short videos showing your items, their condition, and how they are packed before dispatch.

What happens if my international shipment is lost or damaged?

In rare cases of loss or damage, we handle all communication with the courier on your behalf and assist with insurance or compensation claims from start to finish.
