Below is a general list of Prohibited (cannot be shipped) and Restricted (special conditions apply) items. This list is not exhaustive, and regulations vary by destination country, courier, transport method, and product type.

Valuables & Documents

Cash, foreign currencies, and physical cryptocurrency wallets
Credit/debit cards, checks, and bearer shares
Official identity documents (passports, ID cards)

Biology, Ecology & Perishables

Herbicides, pesticides, and weed killers (e.g., Roundup, Bayer products, glyphosate)
Live and dead animals, human remains, and ashes
Fertilizers and soil
Animal products covered by CITES (e.g., ivory, skins of wild animals)
Perishable food, home preserves, and temperature-controlled products

Dangerous Materials & Other

Aerosols, compressed gases, corrosive, toxic, and radioactive materials
Loose, standalone, damaged, swollen, recalled, or leaking lithium batteries
Power banks and battery packs shipped as standalone items
High-capacity lithium batteries, e-bike/e-scooter batteries, car batteries, and industrial battery packs
Car/motorcycle parts containing residual fluids (engines, gearboxes)
Counterfeit goods (fakes/replicas) and pirated materials
Pornographic materials or content inciting hatred
Goods with strong magnetic fields

Restricted Items(Special Conditions Apply)

Flammable Liquids & Cosmetics

Perfumes and colognes containing alcohol
Nail polish and certain cosmetics
Hand sanitizers
Flammable paints and varnishes

Batteries Installed in Equipment

Battery-powered devices may be accepted only if the battery is properly installed, the device is switched off, and the item is safely packed
Loose, spare, damaged, high-capacity, or industrial batteries, including power banks, are not accepted under our standard service

Alcohol & Special Goods

Alcoholic beverages (requires special shipping process, concessions, and B2B approach)
Non-perishable food items (must be commercially packaged with clear ingredient labels)
High-value jewelry and watches (limited insurance coverage available)

Live Plants & Seeds

Shipped ONLY at the customer's own request and strict risk
We take absolutely no responsibility if items are stopped, delayed, or confiscated by customs at the border
May require phytosanitary certificates depending on the destination country
